W4IBM Amateur Radio Club is based in Paulding County Georgia. Our club members are located generally to the North and West of Atlanta.

Our antenna frequency is 145.290(-)88.5hzWe have the best Hams and Elmers. We support our community by volunteering our time and equipment for local events such as Road Races, Special Holiday events, Chattahoochee Nature Center activities. Many participate with local ARES groups during emergency simulations and drills.

We have wide diversity in skills and experience. We learn, teach, and participate with other Ham clubs, united in the advancement of Amateur Radio. Of course, we enjoy promoting Ham radio as an important communications method as well as a hobby for the enthusits.

 

Regular Monthly Meetings

We have started having monthly meetings in the W4IBM club house at 2735 Hiram Acworth Hwy 92 near Hwy 120. We meet on the 4th Tuesday night of each month at 6:45 pm where we have Pizza sharing the expence. The meeting starts at approximately 7:15 pm and usually concludes about 8:45-9:00pm..
